Sessions

A Reiki treatment begins with a brief discussion of your intent for the session. Most people experience deep relaxation which often brings a deep sense of peace or a deep spiritual connection.

During a treatment, I encourage you to do your best to relax, remain in the moment and allow yourself to simply be.

Reiki is performed through a light touch with client lying comfortably on a massage table. A typical session last forty to sixty minutes. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
